Health Law and Policy
Seton Hall's Health Law & Policy Program — ranked 4th best in the nation by U.S. News & World Report in 2005 — our program provides education, scholarship and reform in the field. The program educates health lawyers and healthcare professionals in three degree programs:
- Juris Doctor (J.D). with a concentration in health law;
- Master of Laws in Health Law (LL.M.); and
- Master of Science in Jurisprudence (M.S.J.)

Intellectual property is vital to the technology-driven global economy. The Institute of Law, Science & Technology aims to educate and train the next generation of attorneys and professionals for the complex issues they will face in the 21st century, including social changes brought about by recent innovations in the life sciences and information technologies.

Mental Health and Public Policy
The Institute of Law and Mental Health provides a center for the school's public policy and curricular endeavors in the mental health field. Reflecting the increased social importance of the law's treatment of the mentally ill, the institute offers courses in mental health law in both the civil and criminal context.
Healthcare Compliance Certification
The Healthcare Compliance Certification Program is a multi-day educational program for compliance professionals and lawyers in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The program immerses attendees in the legal underpinnings of the statutes, regulations, and other elements of fraud and abuse law as well as FDA law.
