College of Arts & Sciences

Internship and career opportunities for those with a minor in Women and Gender Studies include all the opportunities associated with one’s major.  A women’s studies minor complements any major, broadening one’s perspective to include an understanding of women and gender.  A minor in women’s studies is an excellent foundation for graduate school in almost any field. Whether one is seeking a degree in the professions (e.g., law, medicine) or a graduate degree in arts and sciences, a minor in women’s studies makes students better candidates for any graduate program and better prepares students for the rigors of advanced study.
