A School of Diplomacy Internship Feature

Internships are an integral component of the learning process at the School of Diplomacy. The Office of Internships and Career Development works closely with students to help them find prestigious internships tailored to their career goals. In addition, the School’s Board of Overseers, with members representing many of the fields of international relations, provides opportunities for our students by recommending them to their esteemed organizations. Our students strive to gain the real world experiences of internships both domestically and abroad. Amidst a highly competitive group of students pursuing internships from around the globe, the School’s students regularly earn internship placements in highly selective positions in Washington, D.C. and international locations. School of Diplomacy interns continuously receive outstanding or very good ratings on their internship supervisor evaluations. Read on to get our students’ perspectives on their internship experience.
