  1. How do I setup my Office 365 mail account on a phone or mobile device?

  2. How do I forward my Office 365 mail to another mail account?
    Step 1: Log into your Office 365 account.
    Step 2: Go to "Options" in the top right corner of the window. Then highlight and click "See All Options".
    Step 3: On the left-hand side, highlight and click the tab "Organize E-Mail".
    Step 4: The tab "Inbox Rules" at the top of the page is highlighted. Click "New" to create a new inbox rule.
    Step 5: In the New Inbox Rule box click on "More Options".
    Step 6: Under "Apply this rule…" select "Apply to all messages". Under "Do the following:" select "Forward, redirect, or send" then select "Forward the message to…"
    Step 7: Select the e-mail address that you want to send your e-mail messages. Type the e-mail address into the "To->" field and click OK.
    Step 8: In the New Inbox Rule box the e-mail address is displayed. Click Save.
    Step 9: If the pop-up "Do you want the rule…" appears select "yes" to complete the process.
  3. How do I change my Office 365 account password?
    You can change your Office 365 password by logging into your account and access the account properties.  
  4. My e-mail is not loading properly.  What should I do?
    If your e-mail is not loading you might need to delete your browser's temporary internet files in order for the site to load properly.  Read more »
