About the Education Leadership Program

  • Meets all NJDOE requirements for Supervisor and Principal Certifications;
  • Offers powerful and effective online instruction modules which harnesses the knowledge of prominent Seton Hall professors along with experienced school-based practitioners;
  • Is convenient for working professionals because this two-year 39 credit program is comprised of 33 online credits and 6 field experience/ administrative internship credits;
  • Provides for individualized attention as each student is assigned an academic advisor;
  • Enables a small cohort or approximately 16-22 to start, progress, and complete the program within a cohort model as a "community of learners";
  • Offers a discount of approximately 40% off the traditional graduate tuition.
