New Housing Option for Returning Students … Neumann Plus!  

Level up! We appreciated all the feedback from students and families about the interest for single-space housing options, so we made it happen for returning students.

Housing and Residence Life is excited to announce that Neumann Hall will be offering two new housing options for the 2022-23 academic year. These two options include:

• Single Room Occupancy (formerly double rooms)
• Double Room Occupancy (formerly triple rooms)

Room rates will be announced soon. There is a price difference for Neumann Plus spaces.

All rooms will maintain the original furniture (i.e., a single room will have two sets of furniture and a double room will have three sets of furniture), and furniture cannot be moved out of the space.

Please note that these rooms are part of suites. While the single rooms will only have one occupant, you may have suitemates. 

Neumann Hall, while only offering these Neumann Plus options, will be part of the standard housing lottery process for housing selection.
