Who:

Anyone can participate in these projects. The Market Research Center serves both small and large businesses across a variety of industries.

What:

There is no "typical project." All projects are customized according to clients' needs. Our qualitative and quantitative capabilities include, but are not limited to, custom methodologies such as one-on-one interviews, focus groups and Web-based surveys.

When:

Projects run every fall (September-December) and spring (January-April) semester. However, more customized timing options are available.

How:

Business partners are paired with a dedicated student team (4–5 students) for each project: There are typically 3 project phases: (1) Planning, (2) Qualitative, and (3) Quantitative. Projects conclude with comprehensive presentations to review insights and discuss actionable recommendations to improve your business.

Cost:

The Center provides similar services to commercial market research providers at a fraction of the cost. Typical projects cost $2,500–$3,500. Commercial value of similar projects is estimated at $30,000. We are happy to provide a quote once we know more about your needs.
