The Career Center encourages alumni to recruit SHU students, graduates and fellow alumni on behalf of their employers. Seton Hall talent is easily sourced by posting a position on our Symplicity job posting system (free of charge), attending career fairs and via our On-Campus Interviewing Program.
We also invite all SHU alumni to join the “Pirate Mentor Program”. Pirate Mentors are Seton Hall alumni and friends who have volunteered to provide career guidance to students and fellow alumni. Pirate Mentors can:
- Help students/alumni explore careers and develop networking skills.
- Provide career advice to students and other alumni.
- Help students practice interviewing.
- Attend campus events.
- Present workshops.
Mentoring can be a rewarding experiences and keeps you connected to the University, students and fellow alumni, in a vital way. To become an Alumni Pirate Mentor, please email your interest to firstname.lastname@example.org, then click here and select “Pirate Mentoring”.
