Serving our supervisory administrative professionals, our non-supervisory administrators and our secretarial and support staff, among others, T&OD designs and delivers a variety of classroom-based, facilitator-led training programs and information sessions as well as creates learning resources that contribute to increased knowledge, improved performance, and enhanced personal and professional development.
