The Department of Human Resources is introducing Seton Hall University's supervisory training program entitled E.D.G.E.
The philosophy is simple - Seton Hall University's administrative supervisors and managers participate in specific programs which build upon the education and job experience, personal and professional development, and growth in job knowledge, empowering all to more fully perform the role of supervisor, manager and leader, thereby moving the University forward in its mission to educate today's students to become tomorrow's leaders.
E.D.G.E. programming begins with a core foundation of skills all supervisors and managers will be required to demonstrate. In addition, E.D.G.E. will offer various electives representing new trends in supervision, management and leadership theories and practices.
If you are an administrative supervisor or manager, come gain the E.D.G.E. - Education, Development, Growth and Empowerment - needed to be successful in your role.
