Business hours are for all IT offices, University IT Services and TLT Center offices in Corrigan Hall and the lower level of Walsh Library, with the following exceptions:
Phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note: DoIT also has scheduled weekly down time when maintenance is performed on all of the core systems. The scheduled maintenance window is Sundays starting at 12 a.m. and ending at 7 a.m.
