Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education
Department of Physician Assistant

I have always had a strong interest in science and medicine. I received a bachelor's degree from Georgian Court University in biology, a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Physician Assistant, and a master's degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Physician Assistant. I practiced clinically as a physician assistant for 18 years in New Jersey, spending most of my time in the operating room, assisting in orthopedic, plastic, colorectal, gynecologic, vascular and general surgical cases.

I left clinical practice to pursue my interest in academia in 2014 and served as the clinical coordinator and assistant professor at another PA program prior to joining the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Program at Seton Hall University in 2016. As the Director of Clinical Education and a full-time faculty member at Seton Hall, I hope to provide the PA students with a solid foundation in which to grow and learn, first as students, and then as clinicians.

In addition to my interest in teaching, I am published in fiction and am pursuing publication in medical journals. I serve as a peer reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. I look forward to adding to the scholarship and service of Seton Hall University’s PA Program.
